To deliver the Sereniq platform, Aferion Technologies Inc engages a small number of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that may process information on our behalf. We keep this list short by design. Where a subprocessor may handle protected health information (PHI), it does so only under contract and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Third-party AI subprocessors

The following is engaged only when an Agency enables Sereniq’s AI-assisted features. AI output is a drafting aid that a human reviews and approves; it does not make care or eligibility decisions.

Changes to this list

We may add or replace subprocessors as the platform evolves. When we make a change that affects the processing of PHI, we will update this page and provide notice to Agencies in accordance with the applicable BAA, so a customer can review the change.
