Is Sereniq medical billing software?
No. Sereniq is not general medical billing software, a claims clearinghouse, or a revenue-cycle management platform. It is provider-side IDD billing documentation software: the evidence behind Texas HCS documentation, HHSC review, and billing follow-up.
Does Sereniq submit claims to TMHP or TexMedConnect?
No. TMHP, TexMedConnect, and EDI remain the Texas claims rails, and Sereniq does not integrate with them. Sereniq keeps the provider-side evidence organized so billing follow-up, audits, and recoupment reviews start from a cleaner record.
Does Sereniq do EVV?
No. HCS Residential Support, HCBS Supervised Living, and Host Home services are EVV-exempt in Texas. Sereniq records geofenced clock-in and clock-out on every shift so you have a time-and-place record for those residential services; EVV for the services that require it stays with your EVV vendor.
Does Sereniq support TxHmL billing documentation?
